Paul Antonio Hutton is a U.S. Navy veteran, actor, and serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building and running successful businesses.

Raised in the family-owned Pizza Factory restaurant, Paul developed an early passion for food service and hospitality. He founded and later sold both a music production company (LoKi Entertainment) and a landscape/construction firm (Refined Taste) before launching Lo-Ki Collateral Recovery, a specialized collateral repossession business.

In recent years, Paul has pursued acting, appearing in films, music videos, and sketches over the past six years. Today, he owns Bangers Tattoos on Hollywood Boulevard and The Dining Studio, a fine dining catering company in North Hollywood.

In early 2026, Paul launched Nomads Grill, a Mongolian food truck dedicated to serving active-duty military personnel, veterans, and first responders. Drawing on his creativity, tenacity, deep love for people, and extensive food service background, he brings bold flavors and heartfelt hospitality to every plate and bowl.

A multifaceted innovator, Paul continues to blend his military discipline, entrepreneurial drive, and artistic energy into ventures that serve both community and creativity.

Caleb Swasey is an actor, musician, and creative with a lifelong passion for food, connection, and community. Culinary trained and shaped by years of cooking for friends, family, and himself, he brings both skill and heart into every dish he creates. Raised with a deep respect for the outdoors, health, and active living, Caleb approaches food as both nourishment and experience, fuel for the body and comfort for the soul. Known for his teamwork, loyalty, and commitment to his word, he values the relationships built around the table as much as the meals themselves. I’m a creative at heart, an actor, musician, and lifelong student of the culinary world. Cooking has always been a central part of my life, shaped by years of hands-on experience and a passion for feeding the people around me. I grew up with a deep respect for the outdoors, health, and staying active, and that mindset carries into everything I create in the kitchen.
